Overall clean and fantastic little accom with peaceful and absolutely perfect location very close to a good restaurant, the center and Rome's airport.

The hotel was luxurious and exceptionally clean. the location was comfortable and unbeatable in a residential area. - the staff was amazingly nice and check-in was hassle-free. - My king room was nicely decorated and had a very comfy bed. - the breakfast was extensive with cappuccino and a variety of pre-packaged foods to choose from.

The hotel is better than I expected before arriving there, rooms are really cute and clean, so it's really a place to go if you are just want to sleep between two flights.

If you arrive the the airport late, it's nearly impossible to get to the place... The taxi drivers from "Rome" taxis on the airport says that they don't bring you there, they suggest to find the local (Fiumicino) taxis, but there were no local taxis on the airport. Finally someone (civil man) offered us a shuttle at around 23:00, but it was frightening....

every detail of this excellent little and luxury property was perfect. the staff were accommodating and amazingly nice day and night. the room was huge and beautifully maintained with a double bed, oven, as example, we felt like at home.

Mixed vibes here - it was chill but some workers were pretty mean 🙄.

The room I stayed was clean and big (with a kitchen, shower, toilet, hair dryer, TV, free wi-fi, balcony) for the price. Staff members were all kind as well. You can take a shuttle bus to the airport for 6 Euro.

The shower water was not hot enough. It's in the middle of a residential area, so there're not many shops around. It was hard to find the place to have dinner actually.

Loved the warm towels in the bathroom and a great shower. very clean.

Wish there had been an English TV channel and perhaps not so bedroom like. There were 3 beds but no lounge chairs- a table a chairs were there though. Close to the airport which was great.

The well-maintained room had a comfortable double bed and pull-out sofa, providing the best night's sleep, with the highlight being the efficient and excellent staff.

Proximity to airport is the main plus. Functional kitchenette is also a nice touch.

The internet was not functioning properly and this meant it was impossible to complete online check-in for the next day's flight. Since we had a 6:20 am flight and the shuttle service only started operating at 6:00 am, we were obliged to hire a taxi which my wife and I shared with another person. The fee was €15 per party which seemed a little high for a trip that lasted less than 10 minutes.

The room was spacious and well-maintained, including a private bathroom and air conditioning.

This clean, modern hotel, located in a partly residential, slightly funky neighborhood just a few minutes from Fumicino airport fit the bill for our last night in Italy, before an A.M. flight to the states. A clean, large room, efficient service and an adequate breakfast made for a pleasant overnight stay.

This was not a hotel for an extended stay as the room lacked a sense of style or originality and its selling feature was proxmity to the airport. Because the hotel had no parking lot, I suspect that guests might have difficulty finding a parking place near-by in the height of the season, a possible nuisance for someone planning to head off to the ariport right after breakfast.

Extensive breakfast with lots of options to choose from. Great-sized and brand-new room with firm bed and private bathroom, for example as expected.

Stayed here the night before an early flight and it was fine. Pretty basic with no amenities but it served its purpose and more importantly only 3 km to Fiumicino airport and the price is right given hotel prices in and around the airport.

The triple room was great with climate control and a patio, the staff was efficient, and we enjoyed the peaceful ambiance.
